Can Irish Whiskey Hang?

At our February meeting, we compared Irish whiskey to Scotch. Most of us were pleasantly surprised to find that Irish whiskey is quite enjoyable – especially considering its relatively low cost. I expect it won’t be long before most of the members have a bottle of Writers Tears or Knappogue Castle 12yr Single Malt in their personal library.
